Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we will notify you of any significant delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s delivery status.
Delivery Restrictions
- Shipping is currently only available within Israel.
- If you are outside Israel and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at hiba@nurscented.com for inquiries about future international shipping options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hiba@nurscented.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us for assistance.
