Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients like beeswax, coconut wax, soy wax, and essential oils. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
- Discontinue any product at any time.
- Adjust product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice.

SECTION 4 - HOW TO USE OUR PRODUCTS
- Prepare Your Candle: Trim the wick to 5mm before each use for a clean burn.
- Burn Instructions: Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to avoid tunneling.
- Burn Time Limit: Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Safety Tips: Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

By submitting comments or feedback, you grant us the right to edit, publish, and use the content in any medium without restriction. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
